ARTICLE 2 – PURPOSE

The purpose of this agreement is to outline the cancellation and refund terms for products and services provided by the Seller, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and related regulations.

ARTICLE 3 – SCOPE

  • This agreement applies to purchases and reservations made through the website www.karnasbaglari.com.
  • The services covered by this agreement include time-sensitive offerings such as restaurant reservations and event participation.

ARTICLE 4 – CANCELLATION AND REFUND TERMS

Cancellation Conditions

  • The Buyer may cancel their reservation at least 48 hours before the service date.
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to book@karnasvineyards.com.

Refund Conditions

  • If a reservation is canceled more than 48 hours before the service date, 100% of the service fee will be refunded.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the service date will not be refunded.

Force Majeure

  • In cases of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions), the Seller reserves the right to reschedule the service or provide a refund.

ARTICLE 5 – REFUND PROCESS

  • Once the refund request is approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method within 7 business days.
  • The Buyer will be informed of any fees or deductions related to the refund process.

ARTICLE 6 – RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS

  • The Buyer is responsible for providing accurate information when submitting cancellation or refund requests.
  • The Seller is obligated to evaluate and resolve cancellation and refund requests in compliance with applicable laws.

ARTICLE 7 – DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In case of disputes arising from this agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in Bodrum/Muğla shall have jurisdiction.

ARTICLE 8 – ENFORCEMENT

This agreement comes into effect upon the completion of the reservation or purchase process by the Buyer.
