ARTICLE 2 – SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

The subject of this agreement is to outline the terms and conditions for the restaurant reservation services provided by the Seller to the Buyer via the website (www.karnasbaglari.com) and the mutual rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the relevant legal regulations.

ARTICLE 3 – RESERVATION TERMS

  • The Buyer can make restaurant reservations for themselves or their guests via the website www.karnasbaglari.com.
  • Reservations are confirmed upon successful payment and completion of the online approval process.

ARTICLE 4 – SERVICE FEE AND PAYMENT TERMS

  • The service fee is specified during the reservation process, and payment must be made via credit card or other online payment methods.
  • The reservation is not considered valid until payment is completed.

ARTICLE 5 – CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

  • Due to the nature of the service provided, cancellations or refunds are not allowed once the reservation is confirmed.
  • By confirming the reservation, the Buyer agrees to these terms.
  • In cases of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions), the Seller reserves the right to postpone the reservation or propose an alternative date.

ARTICLE 6 – BUYER’S RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS

  • The Buyer declares that the information provided during the reservation process is accurate and complete.
  • The Buyer is responsible for arriving at the reserved location on the specified date and time.
  • The Seller is not responsible for service disruptions caused by late arrival beyond the agreed reservation time.

ARTICLE 7 – SELLER’S RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS

  • The Seller is responsible for providing the service in accordance with the terms specified during the reservation process.
  • In case of any disruptions to the service, the Seller will promptly notify the Buyer and provide a resolution.

ARTICLE 8 – DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In case of disputes arising from this agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in Bodrum/Muğla shall have jurisdiction.

ARTICLE 9 – ENFORCEMENT

This agreement comes into effect upon the Buyer’s confirmation of the reservation.
